DEMIKAL STRONG
The DEMIKAL® Strong filters reduce the total hardness of water thanks to the use of strong cationic resins, traditionally employed in softening systems.
Calcium and magnesium are chemically exchanged for sodium. These filters are particularly suitable for treating water for professional cooking or working system (combi steam ovens), for dental clinics, in washing and industrial processes and in all cases where completely softened water represents the perfect solution. Particularly suitable for the protection of limestone.
STRONG CATIONIC RESIN:
an insoluble spherical polymer that has the ability to exchange cations (ions with charge +) throughout the pH range. This type of resin is mainly used in water softening systems, softening is nothing more than the exchange of ions Calcium (Ca2+) and Magnesium (Mg2+) with sodium ions (Na+). This process makes it possible to obtain sodium-grade salinity which does not precipitate and does not form any scale.
