BASIC AG filters guarantee a degree of filtering of 0.3 microns,
they remove chlorine and suspended microparticles and signficantly improve the quality of the water treated, with considerable benefits to the taste and smell.
They guarantee a low pressure drop, high flows and
duration.
The Ag principle, in other words the silver salts with which the Carbon Block is impregnated, plays an important bacteriostatic role, preventing bacteria from multiplying inside the filter.
CARBON BLOCK SILVERED VEGETABLE
Extruded granular coal with high pressure and
temperature polymeric binders is added to silver,
thus ensuring an almost uniform porosity and a
filtration degree of 0.3 μm. Thanks to the presence of
silver salts it is able to perform an effective
bacteriostatic action preventing bacteria, if present
in water, from proliferating.
